REGES CEMENT LLC started its activity on April 12, 2012. The main economic activity of the plant operating in Buyukduz, Kangarli district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is cement production. Other production areas include auxiliary materials warehouse, packaging area, laboratory, generator area and other auxiliary areas. The main goal of the company is development and customer-oriented production of ecologically clean quality goods. CE, TSE and Azs quality marks are produced in accordance with European and local standards. Products are sold in the local market in wholesale and retail form. The production process of the Cement Plant consists of 5 departments: Crushing and Transportation, Raw Material Grinding, Cooking and Clinker Grinding Department.

The production capacity of the plant is 400,000 tons of cement (CEM II/A-LL 32.5R, CEM II/A-LL 42.5R) per year.
